We stayed in this hotel for 11 nights, our flight were arrived early in the morning so we did ask for early check-in. We were wait for a while but it was all wort of wait because we got an upgrade room, a suite room. The nice gentleman the staff unfortunately i can't remember his name, but he came to us and gave us the upgrade room. So thank you so much for that. Rooms was so big, we got 2 bedrooms with the nice view facing to the city view and pool. Room was clean, exactly just like what we expected. All the staff, start from Reception, service, bar, housekeeping, security, they were all friendly and very welcome. From the reception i would like to thank to Mr Fajar that helped us for extended another 1 night with the upgrade suite room. From the service i would like to thank to Mr. Aji for his brilliant excellent hospitality, he's very nice and helpful. The housekeeping were also very friendly and polite. We will definitelyl stay here again next year when we're back in Jakarta. I would highly recommend this hotel especially with their services and hospitality very friendly and this friendliness is not even for 4 star hotel but even more than 5 stars hotel. The receptionist was so kind and great, we win the guest of the month and the service was great! We had the biggest room, was having some complaint on previous room and they immediately escort us to the other room! The service from Kak Putri in Restaurant is soo great, very friendly, very kind, and caring towards the guest! Food was great. I made a feedback on my first day regarding the food that not warm enough and the next day the food is served hot! Something small but truly made our stay pleasant. Not to mention the security, and all the staffs truly amazing! Such a lovely service!!!!!

Good location, clean room and a standard room is bigger than average size. Staff very helpful, can all speak English. Did the afternoon buffet one day in the restaurant and food was very nice and good value. There are always Taxi’s waiting outside the hotel so you can always easily get one.there are some good bars and restaurants nearby if you wish to go out the hotel. Pool is very big and really nice views of city.

I reserved this hotel because i really loved they swimming pool so when i told this to Mr. Angga on the reception he was so amazing and they gave me a room with the view to the beautiful pool. I really appreciate Mr. Angga as he was so nice to change my room with the view for the pool. I really appreciate the staff in the hotel, as my travelling was for 2 months and always people that I met made me really happy.

The staff is very very professional and kind. Everyone want to help you. Everyone trying to solve any problem. A lot of staff knows English very well. Pool looks very good. Rooms are get cleaned eveyday. The size of the room is very nice. The bed feel very comfortable. I think i will come again for sure
